Tags are attached, and the item is in its original packaging

If your return is eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Luvmepure.
Special Campaigns & Limited-Time Offers

All promotional items must be returned to receive a full refund.

If you keep any bonus products, bundles, or free gifts, their full retail value plus shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase.
Please contact us and include photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
Return Shipping

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.

You may use any shipping carrier, but we strongly recommend using a trackable method.

Lost return shipments cannot be refunded.
